location: the hotel was close to labuan during peak season, the financial park and the towncentre and the " city " centre of labuan. coffee, tea, and eggs were great as well as the drinks.

All in all everything was really good, had a perfectly pleasant stay for family vacation. The room was spacious and good with 2 single beds, ideal for me. It was nice to have an electric kettle and a fridge available.

We were quite disappointed that the apartment was not well maintained. The rooms were not properly checked and maintained before we checked-in, and we encountered issues like dead cockroaches, stained pillows, and dirty sofas.
